- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆My daughter and I stayed at this B&B the night of Aug. 5th. As a former owner and operator of a B&B, I was astonished by the bad behavior of the Innkeeper. At breakfast Aug. 6th, he shouted and yelled at 2 guests for asking for a cooked breakfast that AM. They were unaware of his very rigid policy of ordering the breakfast the day before and the Innkeeper exclaimed, "the pan has been cleaned and stored - you cannot have cooked breakfast."
Too, we had received agreement for this establishment that there would be 2 beds in our room. The second bed was a roll-away that was terrible - like trying to sleep on a nubby board.
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!By Admin, October 09, 2020 - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife, our cousin and I spent a superb week at Heatherville. Richard and Kay gave us a really warm and friendly welcome, and during our stay they could not have done more to make our stay successful and enjoyable in every way.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable and at breakfast we wanted for nothing. Likewise, the several evening meals that were provided, were as good if not better than dinners that were taken elsewhere. This will always be the hotel for us if we stay in Lynmouth.

The hotel is arranged in modern style, rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Try the delicious menus made in their kitchen are delicious. Hotel is absolutely fabulous.
